I have sat back and observed the comments from the left and the right concerning the “birther movement”. I have finally decided to comment on the issue. It appears to me that so called intelligent people on the left and the right are afraid of this issue because they know that something is not right with Obama and his past. When I listen to commentators on the leftwing media as well as the rightwing media, they seem to want this entire issue to go away. Republicans and Democrats have resorted to calling anyone who questions Obama’s birth, names such as kooks, crackpots, and conspiracy theorist. What is astonishing to me is, no one seems to mention or refute the FACT that Obama has paid (and still is) paying a substantial amount of money to keep his records sealed. Now, even if one does not believe that Obama was born in Kenya or some other country, one HAS to believe that he is certainly trying to hide something.   No one pays money without a good reason. Bill O’Reilly himself paid a substantial amount of money to seal the sexual harassment case against him. If anything about this entire birth issue is a smoking gun, it is the money being paid. I believe the reason the leftwing and the rightwing media are afraid of this issue, is because they know that they have been duped by Obama. No one wants to be exposed as being a fool or having been duped (especially people that claim to be intelligent). These people would rather this whole thing go away and that the constitution be walked all over rather than be exposed as having been duped. Moveon.org is even asking for donation to stop the birthers. Has anyone EVER heard of someone collecting money to stop crazy kooks from saying things about someone? I’ll say this, even if the birther movement stops and all the law suits get thrown out, the truth will eventually come out. NOTHING that is hidden will remain hidden. One day when we all least expect it, whatever Obama is trying to hide will surface. I believe that that day is going to be one of the saddest days for America.
